Future cycle PLAN... is it too much?!

Sorry boys... nothing extreme here BUT I would love your input! This will be my first cycle in well over a year and truthfully my first well thought out cycle.

My expectations.. if i work to my full ability and i push myself I have high expectations because I know I am capable of a lot of pain. I PLAN to lose roughly 10 pounds but also pack on hopefully 5-6 pounds of muscle. I honestly want to get more LEAN.

I should make a note
I get regular blood draws because of my thyroid. To make a long story very short, my thyroid levels are not what they should be. This wasn't from taking t3 or t4 trying to loose weight by the way. ANYWAYS

I get regular blood draws and I will be able to tell if my estrogen or if anything gets out of whack. I am concerned my estrogen would get a little high for my liking but i would bump up the aromasin if that was the case.

What kind of sustanon is that? Dosed 300mg/1ml?
Anyway, you should listen to the other guys, but since you are most likely going to do it anyway, my only advice would be to dose your aromasin ED. 6.2mg ED and as needed up to 12.5mg ED.

My advice here, if your 6,2 and 185 like your profile says then is obvious you don't know how to diet properly, and being on cycle doesn't mean just eat shit and grow. You need to eat more then you body is burning, go search for a calculator online on how many calories your burning a day with your activities and lifestyle, start there and adjust bro. Save the gear for later when you've grown more naturally. My 2c, listen to the guys here, some of it might seem blunt but this ain't no game.

I agree with other comments. You still have a lot of room to grow on your own. If u take this cycle will you grow? Yes. Do I recommend this cycle? Yes. But I find that it will psychologically mess you up in the future because you will not know how to grow with out gear. You will look the same after the gear is done because you will have most likely not have learned your lesson that you need to have better habits. Imagine what this cycle would look like if you did have a foundation and you had better habits??

You need to start working out for real. You need to start eating like someone who wants to gain muscle mass. Stress the BIG 6. Squat, Deadlift, Bench, Standing Overhead Press, Barbell Curl, Incline Ab Crunch with weight behind your head. The more naturally put on muscle you have the better your results will be once you use gear.

You should focus on getting stronger at these 6 exercises for at least a year. Save juicing until you put on some weight naturally.

Great advice right there. Welcome to level 1.

OP- listen this dude. Lots of heavy compound lifts plus huge amounts of food and. Do that for a year and you'll put on 20lbs fucking easy.

I like that steroids are not pushed on this site. You can look at a guy and see if he's ready to juice. This kid is young and looks like he needs to lift heavier, party less, and eat like a bodybuilder. Pay your dues kid. Get some diet advice on this site. Save the gear for a year or two down the road.
At my gym the rule is no gear until you can bench your bodyweight 12 times, and can squat double your bodyweight for a regulation single. No quarter squat bullshit.

You don't need steroids you need to start eating properly. Build a base then revisit several years down the line.

Bro in all honesty u need something to cut. You need to bulk up and bulk some more before u ever think about cutting. Imo u are nowhere near ready to cycle. U haven't even come close to reaching your potential naturally. Eat big get big. The kitchen is where your work needs to be. Go post your diet up in the diet clinic here.

Why not lose the weight after you bulk? You can gain more muscle this way. Lean bulk is an oxymoron I have discovered in my own experience.
Seeing your physique, and guessing your legs are on the skinny side, why not do a bulk cycle. Add 12_15 pounds of muscle.. Pct... Then see where your at.
I used to give a shotgun approach and try to pepper all the targets but you just do t get zeffective steel on target that way. Go with a focused approach towards building mass this go around.

THANK YOU Everyone throws around lean bulk. Those 2 words together is a fkn holy grail if anyone can actually get it right.

The problem with the lean bulk is if you do not add any fats; your body cannot absorb any nutrients and vitamins so it makes it hard to grow. I know a lean bulk is possible, but hard as hell to follow through on due to my 1st sentence. Unfortunate for myself; when I tried a lean bulk I failed miserably because my strength dropped like crazy and I was pissing away all my vitamins and my urine was a rust red color. So my body type is either bulk or cut and never both. Maybe the ones who can do it I envy? Damn right!

You are correct....... the term "lean bulk" is a mind fuck for me!......... it is nigh impossible to gain any serious size and its not a term i like use........ i would prefer the term "maintenance" as that is basically what you are gonna get (All your gonna get) lol............i would rather gain pounds than ounces bro.

Dont add me into Rustys "old vet crew"........... i like to evolve and not stay the same for years over lmao!

"Bulking" is what I'm doing at the moment, eating everything that has nutritional value I can force down my throat. I'll gain 15-20lbs then carve it up to leave half of it, (the good half).
