This is going to be a straight forward bulking cycle. I'm looking to add around 20lbs over the next 3-4 months.

Hey guys just got some arimadex. Proviron and hcg for on cycle. Arimadex im going to run at 1mg a day while on d bol, then 1mg EOD while just on test c. Also going to be running 50mg of proviron ED as a hardener. I have hcg but I'm wondering at what dose should I take it and at what frequency while on cycle? Thanks for the help as always!

starting with test e 500mgs like everyone suggests here and using aromasin in place of nolvadex. only question is what is benefit of aromasin over arimidex in your guys opinion??

Ok guys so it's been 2 weeks and I dropped the dose immediately. I felt test flu from the higher dose. This is definitely potent gear so I've taken everyone's advice and dropped to 250mg twice per week. I'm also goin to order some arimadex clomid and HCG for on cycle and post. I'm up to 191-193. The pumps are great. I attribute that to the d bol. I feel like the test is starting to kick in as my sex drive is definitely skyrocketed lately lol. Thanks for everyone's helpful advice it's appreciated. I apologize I haven't been able to update more frequently I've been crazy busy with the gym and work and meal prep ect. So far so good!
I am certain glad I was lucky enough to learn that increased dosages don't mean shit without proper food intake and that high dosages need to be worked up to. 2 years is a long time. Your receptors are wide open. GO with 500-600mg and save your self some cash.

also depends on what brand ur using too. i was using some pretty crappy labs before and when ur using 500mgs ur more likely getting 300mgs. do your due diligence on labs ur using especially if u been out of the UG realm for 2 years
took a quick gander on your profile, looks like ur using epharma. those guys are solid i have used them before and had great gains with them. ive used them on and off and same results so to me they are consistent.

Like MM said, lower to 500mg, that'll be plenty. If you don't know what an ai is, look into it. arimidex or aromasin. Nolvadex isn't ran during cycle, it's for post cycle treatment, which is after cycle.
You have no layout for a pct. Look into that too. 16-21 days after last test shot begin Nolvadex and Clomid. At least 4 weeks. Something like this
1-12 test
3-12 arimidex as needed (.25mg eod-ish, monitor estrogen with blood tests)
13-16 aromasin 12.5mg ed
15-16 clomid/nolva 100/50
17-19 clomid/nolva 50/20
I'm going to run something similar to that only with HCG in the mix. I'll add the pct in when I get some more time brother thank you
If its been two years your body will react to 500mg week with no problem..save urself a little money too..curious to know why ur running nolvadex and.not aromasin or adex thru out ur cycle..and im hoping you have a pct in place also..
i was using nolvadex through my cycle as well, does aromasin work better? i used nolvadex cause it helps balance ur estrogen, and adex just stops the conversion of test to estrogen. what are your thoughts on aromasin? i want to try that on my next cycle. i agree after a break using 750 test for me was a bit much had way too much bloat 500mgs was perfect number for me
I never ran nolvadex during a cycle but below iron game explains how it lowers ur igf making new muscle cells next to impossible to form..asin works great for me but may not for the next person..depends on the person I guess..

one questions. how does arimidex and aromasin differ? they both stop aromatization correct?
what would you say is the benefit of using aromasin over arimidex?

I guess he's doing it to prevent gyno. Terrible idea as nolva lowers igf-1 levels. Thats the last thing i want to do on cycle or ever for that matter.

Maybe that was acceptable two years ago? Highly unlikely tho.think its just lack of knowledge once again like we always see on cycle proposals.
