Height- 6'8"
Weight- 215lbs
BF% - 12%
Yrs training- 8yrs off and on, last 3 consistent and heavy.
Bench -285lbs
Squat- 450lbs
Deadlift- 380lbs
All pre cycle Lab Work completed and will get bloods at 6 weeks in and 3 weeks after completion of PCT.
Wk 1-10 : Test E 500mg(split 2 times a week, M & Th)
Wk 1-12: Anastrozole .25mg eod(.125mg eod for last week)
First pin - 11/23/2014 - 250mg Test Enanthate
Last pin - 02/04/2015 - expected final pin
Macros- 270-320g protein/day
390-460g carbs/day
85-100g fat/day
4800-6000 calories/day
I've been eating this diet while training for 3 years and have been unsuccessful at gaining much mass. My goal is to add 20-30 lbs and retain at least 15lbs post cycle.

Cycle completed successfully. Ended up running 12wks Test E @ 500mg/wk. All blood work was done at 6 weeks and 2 weeks after last pin prior to pct. Went from 215 12.5%bf to 245 & 11.9%bf. Started pct last week and will be getting final bloodwork done in 4 weeks. Since last pin i have only dropped 5lbs but feel like it was more water than anything. I will give final updat after last bloods and post before and after pics.
at your size you should be pushing every bit of 400g of protein
I'll l shoot to hit that mark then. Its tough to get in 300g some days. I dont use protein shakes so it may be a good time to start to help supplement some protein. Thanks!
AnonJust run the clomid 100/100/50/50. That blast the first day isn't going to do much but make you feel like shit.

On that diet for almost a year straight with very little cheating. I actually fluctuate between 215-220. Played professional sports for 12 years(took 2 years off before starting up again) and had to stay lean and fast. Trying to bulk up for the last 3 years and been on strict diet for the last year. I've gotten bigger over the last year and cut bf by 10%.
I know you don't want to hear this, but your stats suggest you need to change up your diet and training not introduce gear. It's like the sub 6' guys at 150-160 lbs. I don't know it just seem that your expecting gear to fill a huge gap.
I'm open minded bro, it's all good. My total Test serum levels are @ 314ng/dl which puts me in the 'low' range but still within their range of 280-890 according to my labs. My doctor told me he wouldn't prescribe trt yet since im still in their scaled range. Thats part of what edged me towards aas.
314 test level is actually within range of normal. It seems alot of different docs have different ranges of low to high
rocketballz6'8"?? Man you're a monster! Personally I would go 12 weeks instead of 10, but that's me. Cycle looks good for a first cycle. there's been a lot of underdosed ugl gear going around so hopefully yours is properly dosed. I would also consider some hcg once you notice some ball shrinkage...and you probably will. I used 250-500 iu's twice a week for my last cycle and it really helped to keep the balls plump. Just stop the hcg before you start pct or it can keep the HPTA negative feedback loop going when you really want it to stop. Diet looks pretty good too. I would get bloods done around week 5 or 6 to check on your test, estro, lipids, rbc, etc. Hope it works out for you bro. 30 lbs might be a stretch but 15-20 is very doable. Please make sure you use pharma pct products!!
Thanks bro! Was thinking about running it out two more weeks but was playing it a little safe I guess. My source has a reliable track record so I'm hoping I didn't get bunk gear. I will keep updates coming and post preliminary and secondary bloods also after second test at 6weeks.
