First Cycle
This is my fist cycle I have ever ran, currently I am just under 3 weeks in so I will be updating every so often.
Just a little about me:
23 years old
been lifting consistently for 8 years
have competed in power lifting in high school
made significant size and strength gains naturally (at 186 lbs [5'9"] I have a 300 bench, 400 squat, 405 dlift)
roughly 11% BF (i almost always have visible abs, I am naturally lean)
My decision to use AAS wasn't something i just jumped into overnight. This was well thought out and all the risks/rewards were carefully considered. I want to become a professional bodybuilder. I am very passionate about lifting and nutrition, I have been encouraged by many friends who compete and I have great genetics for it as well.
On to the good stuff:
I am consuming 4,500 clean(ish) calories per day over 6 meals, 2 snacks, and a mass gainer shake. Approximately 380g/protein and carbs a day and about 150g/fat. I realize the fat intake is high but I know my body well and I thrive on higher fat diets. Most of the fat is milk fat or from nuts.
I am supplementing with creatine, animal pak, joint support, fish oils, plenty of aminos. melatonin, and ON serious mass.
A close friend/natty bodybuilder/personal trainer is assisting my training and nutrition. I am running the DoggCrapp workout for the first 4 weeks of my cycle (assessment of progress after those 4 weeks will determine my future workout regimen). For those who don't know, DC training is where you lift every other day, 2 different "workout" (split apart by body parts trained) with one working set per muscle group incorporating rest pause and taking each "mini-set" to failure. The non-lifting days will consist of light cardio and abdominal work.
My expectations for this cycle is to gain significant mass and decent strength gains. I would like to finish the cycle at around 205lbs but still somewhat lean. I feel with my genetics, cardio, calorie surplus, and my everyday physical exertions I can meet this goal. I work two jobs, close to 70 hours a week, and both are physically demanding so most of the weight I ever put on is lean.
I don't have too many concerns. My PCT is ready to go, I'm not prone to acne, I had blood work done before hand. I ran a 4 week cycle of pro hormones about 5 months ago with no problems.

Listen bud all you need for your first cycle is 500mgs of test c or e for 12 weeks. Have some nolva and chlomid for your pct. Time on equals time off
Listen bud all you need to do is not give cycle advice to anyone under 25, including yourself since you fall in the same category. When a mod sees you will know it.

I've held my tongue long enough and will not respond again. Given how you described your history with aas and when you started I looked at your picture and it is not impressive. For how long you have been using you should be more defined and cut but you look bloated and bulky. Which shows either you do not have the genetic makeup for this or you rely heavily on aas instead of the obvious. You can find my pics here and take stabs at me if you want but at my ripe old age I have 10 times your definition even at 18%BF. You need to take a step back and re evaluate EVERYTHING you are doing and stop relying on gear, its bloating you. Please take my advice or don't its all the same to me.

theres the stab I was looking for, I said my bf is high but im not a bodybuilder. I like to pick up VERY heavy things and throw them like the hulk. I lift for strength, you lift for looks. I'm positive if I wanted to get a better diet I could drop to 180 from 208 in 3 weeks but what for? Thats thick, solid muscle you see but your not used to it and I understand. Good luck in the future and just remember the rules here and you'll be terrific.

Too bad you were using aas then. You might have known how far you could have got naturally. At least you showed dedication and good job for that.
aas is part of bodybuilding, and I plateaued for 2 years at about 180lbs and I trained my ass off to get to that weight.
The fuck it is, you should look up some of these young kids bodybuilding contests where they are tested and at 17 years old make us both look like barbie dolls.

I'm not a bodybuilder moron, I'm a powerlifter. 2 different worlds. I'm not looking for 7% bodyfat because then I wouldn't be able to benchpress 370 pounds, but I will get to 10% and be happy.
Lenny1st off this is not a bodybuilding site. 2nd there is no reason to be a dick. Even if you feel attacked. Use logical answers to prove someone wrong not name calling. The minute you call someone a name you lose. That is a very important lesson in life and free of charge.
