Endurance Stack EQ+TEST E+HGH

Stats: 5'11 / 170lbs/ 25 years of age

Goals: I'm looking to make lean gains at a slow pace while increasing my aerobic capacity. I must stress I'm not looking to gain a large increase in muscle mass. I'm looking to increase my RBC for better endurance (EQ), while increasing and replacing my natural test lost during my massive workload (Test E). HGH is for better recovery and hCG is for the boys.

Workload:
As of right now, my job is to work out. 4-6 hours of workout a day to include running/swimming/cycling(mountain biking)/weights.

Why:
I participate in long distance races with various obstacles carrying various amounts of weight. Spartan Races, Tough Mudders, Adventure Races, my team performs in these events. Crossfit with a weight vest while running marathons for a basic picture.

Cycle:
EQ @ 400mg/wk
Test E @ 500mg/wk (250/wk?)
HGH @ 4iu's following a 5 on/2 off.
hCG @ (500mg/wk ~ 1 dose E5D)
Aromasin @ 6.25 ED

For 14-20 weeks.

EQ, Test E and hCG will all start on the first Sunday. HGH will start M-F with Sat, Sun off. hCG will be pinned every 5 days.

PCT:
Because of the long half-life of EQ, I'll be stopping two weeks before the last pin of test.

PCT starts 28 days after last pin of EQ and 14 days after Test. However, hCG will be ran until the last pin of test.

Then:

Nolvadex @ 40/40/20/20
Clomid @ 100/100/100/50

Aromasin on hand.

Please keep in mind, I am looking for long,slow, lean gains as I increase my swimming/running/weights distance.

Questions:
1. Is 500mg of test too much for what my goals are?
2. Should I be running hCG at 500/wk one dose or 500mg/wk split between two doses?
3. PCT doses too much/little?
4. I am also considering running Proviron with this stack. However, will Proviron act as my AI or will I also need Aromasin? Also, should I run Proviron through the whole cycle to include the PCT?
5. What would be your recommended time to run said cycle? I was looking to run a 14-20 week cycle.

Comments, criticism and suggestions are appreciated.

Week 6 is about to hit.

I'm noticing a great recovery time for any/all of my workouts. I simply don't get sore. No sides or bloat. I feel I still have to wait about two more weeks however.

hCG seems to give me a bout of the runs a few hours after pinning, but I know it's working. The boys are alive and full.

Proviron is slightly notable. Nothing to note.

HGH source still behind.

Well, week 4 comes around. Still nothing extremely noticeable. HCG has kept the boys up (swear they're bigger now), hunger is about the same, and no noticeable gain in muscle/endurance work.

I've heard various times for when EQ/Test E "kick" in. Around 5-6. Here's hoping for some noticeable gains soon.

Note: My HGH source fell through. Not to the fault of the source, the dumbass usps guy delivered it to the wrong guy. Here's to a quick reship.

About to pin the hCG. Cycle is going well. The soreness from the first shot of test e went away mid Wednesday. I'll be pinning both eq and test e together from now on.

Noticeable effects:
increase in hunger. I feel damn hungry all the time. I'm denfiantly eating much more.

deeper/better sleep. I feel alert and chipper in the morning.

a lot of aches and pains I would normally have from my routine are gone or lessoned.

todays workout:
running/swimming/light weights.

even though I've been sick this week, my 10 mile run went fantastic. My breathing was very stable and I felt great. Kept a decent 6:45-7:10 pace.

Can you pin test and eq together in the same sharp?

Cool thing about eq. If you have some painful oils, mixing it with eq in the same rig pretty much eliminates the pain. Also I've never heard of any oils that can't be loaded together.

I personally liked your first cycle more. With 500mg of test and 400mg of EQ your definitely going to put on some weight.
I would go with test e @ 250 ew and EQ @ 400-500 ew. Keep the rest the same. Do a quick search on high (above 200mg) test weakening tendons. In your business this would be the last thing you want.

At the rate that eq compounds itself you likely wont have to worry about rbc until weeks 6-10 ish since you're only running 400mg. And even then it might not be bad at all. That's not to say that you shouldn't worry about it. You should always watch bp. High bp will ruin you over time. I would take baby aspirin during this cycle to keep your blood from turning to pudding. This will help keep bp under control. +1 for drock giving good advice. And +1 for you wonderboy for taking our advice and running with it.

Keep an eye on you blood pressure and heart rate, I just came off of an Test/ EQ cycle and had a resting heart rate of 110 by week 12. (I ran EQ @ 650/ week).

My aerobic capacity was massive, and I never got tired, but my heart was in overdrive trying to pump the thick goo that had become my blood. This despite giving blood, and running every BP herbal remedy I could find.

There's no doubt this will provide the goals that you've stated, but just something to keep an eye on.

Awesome. Did you happen to read up on winny depot?
25mg provi is perfect for this particular cycle.

Pull the provi out of your pct
Double the nolva dose for first 2 weeks of pct.

I have, a lot of reading has mentioned key words like "tendon brittleness" and "joint pain".

These are issue's I would prefer to steer clear of.

I also like the idea of long ester's hence the EQ and Test E. Minimizing pinning sounds great.
