Doing it the right way (BULKER)
This will be my 3rd cycle i am 27 5'8" 180lbs 13% and I am planing to start this cycle within 2 or 3 months depending on my blood work. I have been waiting patiently and my body is just about fully ready after the last botched pct, i want to wait and make sure my hormone levels are stable before i start up. i am not making the mistake of not doing blood work anymore, i have learned my lesson. I have done much research to make sure i am ready for this cycle and made sure i have all the needed equipment and gear to run this safely. I just want a second opinion/feedback on this cycle in case i have overlooked something. And i also have a couple questions. At what weeks should i get blood work done, the only reason i am a little concerned is because i have never used ADEX or HCG before. Also if anyone has ran a similar cycle i would love to hear what compounds/dosages you used for pct.
1st cycle was just test 500mg weekly with standard pct
2nd cycle was 500mg test weekly and 250mg deca with a botched pct which is why i have taken so long to recover.

AnonYour end of cycle is weird. End the TestE and Deca at wk12 run your Test prop from wks 13-14. Drop your HCG week 14 and wait 3 days post last prop injection before you begin pct.

Run your Prami at a low maintenance dose as needed. At that low of a dose the likelihood of any prolactin sides is minimal. I still would run it as prevention except Prami sucks. Caber has lil to no sides. I would get bloods come week 6-8 and check your prolactin and E2. Female hormone panel will cover all of that and order the prolactin. Adjust Prami and Adex dose that way.
Your diet will be key depending on your goals. Make sure your macros match your goals. Feed times are key with Deca. The protein synthesis is amazing. You may find these doses are more suited for cutting. So adjust your caloric intake up.
Thank you very much when i added in the taper i forgot to fix everything. shouldn't i wait one week after last test-e pin to start my taper though? my dosages come out to 700mg of test weekly and 350mg of deca weekly. Your saying those are not high enough for a bulking cycle?

Bro anyone who's ran deca before will tell you that Nandrolone is the most versatile hormone in the fucking game. If u wanna cut you can cut. If you wanna bulk you can bulk. If you wanna drop bf and gain power you can. If you wanna use it to lube your joints and keep sides to an absolute minimum you can. There's too many things you can do with deca to write it all down.

I added a prop taper to gradually lower my blood levels going into pct. Is my HCG protocol sufficient? Or should i run it all the way up to pct?
Could anyone explain to me the advantages/disadvantages if i were to front load test-e at 600mg for the first 3 shots? Wouldn't it be like using a prop kickstart? I am not considering it for this cycle i would just like to learn more about it if anyone has any experience with it. Is it dangerous to increase your levels that quickly?
AnonSo you're running 900mg of Test e per week? 300mg e 3 times per week if my math is correct. With that amount of Test e I wouldn't bother front loading.
should be around 685mg of test e per week.
I am not exactly sure i am at 17% i have a body fat caliper and i will do it tonight and get back with an accurate statement.

Second is what does your diet look like? [Give me an example of everything you eat on a typical day]
Third is what does your daily schedule look like? [When do you wake up? Do you work? When do you lift? When do you go to bed?]
Something is off.....
I would not do the cycle proposed without fixing whatever is wrong in the questions above...
Listen to iron game here. Drop the deca, I ran deca my second cycle and it took me a log time to recover. Also found out I was susceptible to prolactin sides , luckily I had caber on hand. And def drop the bf down with a clean diet to around 10 to 12% . The higher your bf the more susceptible you are to estrogen sides. Since you looking to bulk I would had an oral kick start for four weeks. Dbol or tbol if you don't want the bloat that dbol tends to cause. And before you even start your cycle make sure you have all gear on hand. Including Pct. And some extra oil because of spillage. Good luck brother
I think i am going to stay away from the orals for now, and i have everything i need and some. I have Letro on hand with prami and a back up bottle of hcg along with pharma grade clomid/nolva.
You need to get your body fat down before you run anything. But be careful cutting if you just finished your last pct, or if your test levels are still low. need to be very careful so you don't lose muscle mass cause you'll just end up at 170 17% bf if you don't retain the muscle.
What are your goals for this? Im guessing its bulking based off the compounds. Idk if I would suggest running deca. You should have never ran it for your second cycle, and probably not your third either. Im gonna have to assume your diet isn't that great. 180 at 17% puts you at 150lbs of lbm, which means if you cut to acceptable levels like 10-12% you'd be 155lbs at best, which is really small even for a natural. And now this is your third cycle. You got 3 months before you start this so use this time to get your diet right, cause its just not. Then drop the deca, and maybe add an oral kickstart. test + good diet = gains. If you were 5'7 200 lean i would say hell ya you probably need a little more but at your level of development you don't need that, you probably don't need any steroids, you could gain 30lbs of muscle naturally. What weight did you start your first cycle at man like 140lbs?
And last about this botched pct, 19-nors are notorious for shutting you down extremely hard. Idk how you "botched" your pct. Its not really rocket science, you typically just take nolva and clomid for 4 weeks, so idk how you fucked that up. Hard recovery is just the nature of 19-nors bro. Forget it, run test, you'll feel better, and recovery will be way easier. You say you did your research but I don't see anything in there incase you get gyno. What you planning on using?
AnonAt 300mg of test and 150mg of Deca? Sorry but that's not a bulk cycle that's not even close. Would you consider that a bulk if you were running those dosages? I sure wouldn't.
Edit: just noticed his inj is e3day. Which is still a very modest dose of deca.
Homie please don't take this the wrong way cuz Im not trying to be confrontational. But I have to ask you man cuz I see you post a lot. Did you get to where you're at by listening to your own advice? If you can honestly tell me that I'll stay quiet. I'm sure there's been a few cut corners that you did. Besides I think deca is a great drug if used with the right ancillaries. Has such a bad wrap it almost not fair.
i will be honest when i did my first cycle i had no fucking idea what i was doing my buddy kind of talked me into it and i was 220 pounds and i didnt know my BF% at the time but i was pretty fat although i had been working out for years due to sports like wrestling/football. i had a decent amount of muscle it was just covered because i was overweight. so once i lost that fat i was amazed at how i look. It was not just the juice, i was on point with my diet and training. i was able to workout 6 days a week for about 5-6 months straight and the pounds just shredded off. I have come a hell of a way and done a hell of alot of research. Also i just tested my bf to be just under 15% . Also i want to stay away from orals for now.
I have to go to work so im going to just answer some things and i will be on later to respond to the rest. I botched thew pct because the stuff i got must have been extremely under dosed. As for the gyno i have letro on hand in case Adex is not enough and prami. I have done research on prami and understand its got some crazy sides so i only want to use that if needed. I am going to get blood work done at about 6 weeks in to adjust my Adex and see how my prolactin levels are doing. I am also unsure i am at 17% BF honestly i will get my body fat calipers out tonight and get back to you because after reading what you wrote i think i may have just fucked up on my last test.
