Two months of var is a long time. I wouldn't go past six.

Var is very mild on the liver and can be ran longer than 6 weeks....Winny is harsher on the liver and is usually ran for 6-8 weeks no problem But this is my humble opinion forged through personal experience

Var is not "very mild" on your liver. It's usually less than other oral aas, but it's not mild.
Many peoples liver values are worse on var than other orals. Everyone is different. Without bloods, your only guessing.
Regardless, eight weeks of any oral aas is risking damage.

My main point is that people keep saying "var is mild" and you can take it for weeks on end because it's super mild and that is completely false. Mild is a relative term and in this case, it's very misleading.

I get along with var pretty well, but I never go past 4-5 weeks.

With all respect have you ever gone past 5 weeks, say 8 weeks? and did blood work to see if you liver enzymes or blood lipids were drastically affected?I ask out of curiosity

I have ran it 5 weeks and quit after my bloods. Values were high, but not sky high. I know several BB friends that Var throws their values through the roof. I know others that are fine.
My entire point is that Var can and will damage your liver. It's not mild and safe. It's generally less toxic than other orals, but not always. Running 8 weeks is not safe in my book, but your free to do what you feel is right.

I can totally respect that thank you

It's all good. A little debate is what makes this place great.
