-4 Cutting cycle has began

STATS, DESCRIPTION, GOALS

Ok so I posted a cycle a few weeks back and have decided to start it. I'm down to 205lbs and around 21% BF. I want to get down to 12% or less in the next 12 weeks. Diet is on point eating about 1600-2k cals a day. Staying around 100g cabs a day, ten every 3-4 days carbing up a little more. 3-4 solid meals with 2-3 protein shakes a day. Will be starting PCT 3 days after last prop shot and running winny up until the day before PCT.

I was in your shoes back in the day bro and i really fucked myself up, i only wish i knew about this forum back then! Do not take it all as an insult they are just looking out for your health! In the end its always up to you but some of these guys have been doing cycles for longer than you have been alive. If you are smart you will consider what they have to say.

Wow bro! 21 and your running all this!!!! Please stop Ur going to completely destroy your natural hormone levels. Imagine this for a min 21yrs old and test count 0!!! So much for babies and a life! Before you harm yourself beyond repair please take a step back and realize that this isn't worth a few lbs of muscle. And from your bf% and wieght I'm guaranteeing you don't lift and eat correctly. You will lose the few lbs of muscle you destroyed your natural hormone levels for + some. Please please please rethink this! Your young and think you know everything but your wrong. Tons of guys here on trt from cycling to young, because they didn't listen. Or didn't have a site like this to learn proper ways to do thing. We are here to help people stop unsafe cycling. Trust me this is extremely unsafe cycling. I truly hope you put the brakes on this cycle wee young whippa snappa. Come back when your at very least 25 and I will be more than happy to get you on a proper first cycle. Shit look at it this way there are vets on here that don't run cycles this complex, and they have way more expierence under there belts and age!!!

I am curious why you would suggest him to lift heavy and only 6 reps when he is trying to build muscle/lose fat. Not trying to argue just curious. From the research i have done 8-12 reps is best for maximum hypertrophy. But since he is 20% bf and his goal is to tone up wouldn't he want to be on the higher end of the rep range? Correct me if im wrong but i always though 6 reps was more for power lifting.

been lifting for 7 years, just got back into it a couple months ago. I made sure I got my diet spot on before I started. Looking to compete in a show sometime next year, doing this cycle to shred some BF and put on some quality muscle. Why is this too much? I'm only running 2 compounds. I feel like it's not that much. Done a couple Hdrol cycles when I was 19 so I have a little bit of background with anabolics, but this is my first injectable cycle.

Pinned first shot last night and was very smooth inject. Woke up this morning and it feels like I got donkey kicked in the shoulder. Also a little but of test flu but took 800mg ibuprofen and going to take 2000mg vitamin C twice daily. Will keep everyone updated on how it goes.

This is your first cycle and you were told it was a bad idea. Only thing I can hope for is that the PIP is so bad you bail on the cycle.....
