+ 3 Anavar Cycle

STATS, DESCRIPTION, GOALS

First cycle, looking to loose weight and gain strength. Decided to only post that I will go up to 10mg but this depends on how my body reacts to the anavar. From what I have researched thus far 20mg is the most a female would want to take per day.

Currently I am researching more on nutrition as this has always been my weakest part due to my hectic college schedule. Thankfully I just graduated from Graduate School (PhD so you can call me Dr. Purple Rain ;) )

I know this is nothing compared to a guys cycle but I wanted to post it and hear any feedback from the community Thanks for looking

Hey , welcome! One quick question and forgive me if it's been asked. What are your stats (weight, height ,age ,body fat)? Also want goals do you have? I can see that you want to lose weight and gain lean muscle but what is the target for this cycle? Is it realistic? First cycle's are often looked at as magic bullets. I just want to be sure you have everything else in order so that you allow the Anavar to do it's job. It is only a tool in a vast toolbox for creating and maintaining a god like physique and more importantly , good health.

I'm somewhat of a noob but I have done an Anavar only cycle before...and I'm a guy. I know its primarily what women do but I did it because I was afraid of needles (no longer haha). The only thing I would add is some kind of liver protection, even at these low doses. Milk thistle, Liv 52 (though I have heard this has only minimal benefits) are good. Search around here for other liver supps. Anavar is definitely liver toxic even at small doses like this, despite what others may say, so just be careful. I would think this cycle will do wonders for your physique. Good luck +1.

Congratulations Doctor! Good luck on the var cycle, I'm sure you will see some quality gains and rock hard muscles..I.have been running 50mg ed and I've hardened up immensely

I'm not a girl but it looks pretty typical for a women's anavar cycle. Should give you some good results assuming your diet and training are dialed in. And what did you get your phd if you don't mind me asking?
