STATS, DESCRIPTION, GOALS

Been out whilst recovering from my 5th knee surgery (ACL again this time) as well as battling/working on my thyroid condition.

I have hashimoto's on my thyroid. That just means it is slightly enlarged and has a virus/disease that attacks my thyroid in a roller-coaster type pattern. It just means sometimes my thyroid under produces and sometimes its on the low end. Ultimately this will lead to complete shut down of my bodies own production of T3. I have been put on 50mcg and then bumped to 75mcg, so I am at about 30% shut down (determined by comparing my weight, height and TSH production with available t3 levels in my body)

My ACL is almost 5 months post surgery and the doc says progress looks good. I have begun running again (very very light and limited) and have begun resistance exercises (bands, med balls, bosu, etc). Last time I tore my acl was when I was 17 and I was back at full speed at just under 9 months. I can only hope i heal that fast this time. I wont push it but we will see.

For this cycle, I don't plan on doing it anytime soon. I am aiming for the end of December and running a 15 week recomp cycle. I have put on some bad weight over the past 4 months (partially my bad thyroid, partially not running, and majority was poor diet). I am done with the pitty party so I have re instituted my diet and have my ducks in a row to get my bf back down. Currently I am at 262lbs and 18%bf (which is ridiculous for me). I plan to get back to 10-12% well before the planned start date.

My goal is to strip flab prior and during my cycle and add back my smooth serrated muscles that I have been missing for a while now. I could care less what my weight is as long as bf stays in my normal range and the mirror shows me what I like.

Age:26 (will be 27 by cycle)
Ht: 6'3''
Wt: 262
Current Bf: 18% (will drop below 12-13% before I even purchase my gear)

Please remember, I won't touch a drop of anything until I am both medically cleared AND have weight back in check. I am running proviron all the way through with HCG as this is something I do with cycles over 12 weeks to keep the nuts happy. I am aware the clomid is a higher than normal dosing but I have read up on this and I feel it may benefit me more as I have and will be off gear for a while and this is a 16 weeker

And Test/EQ isnt a harsh cycle, so its a nice touch.
