53 y.o,. been exercisign in some form for 25 yrs...6'1 212 lbs..did gear about twwenty yrs ago for about a yr...all went well with that one. DECA and Test....doing same now...on my first cycle...want to do another after this one, maybe add an oral? I'd like to get about 15 lbs this year and keep it...any advice would be great. Im sure this cycle is amatuerish but Im doing this on my own. Feel free to suggest otherwise and for the next cycle....in fact, IM BEGGIN YA!!!! LOL...(I have been running low dose cypionate now for about two years at 100 per week from a low-t clinic..now that I have a source, Im bumping it up and adding DECA )

No reason to run DECA in the first cycle after 2 decades. Drop it if you're just 5 weeks into the cycle. Finish out with the CYP only.

No deca. Run 500-600 mg of test for this one. Next cycle run the same thing with dbol kicker and a prop taper.
Drop the Deca. 1st cycle after 20yrs there is no need to be stacking compounds, especially a 19-nor compound. You have no mention of prolactin control either if you plan on running this. Run your basic test e cycle and enjoy it.
JayBallerBro.listen to me.The deca is only gonna cause you problems..It takes to long to work effectively to run it like you have it laid out.Running the Deca @ 500mg for 12 weeks would be the way to go IF you were to do it.Seriously dont run it the way you have it laid out.You will be disapppointed.If you do run the Deca @500,you are gonna want to move the test up to 750.A 2:1 ratio is optimal but 750/500 isnt bad.You will also need something for prolactin as well.Get vrid of the Deca.Consider running your test @600mg for 12 weeks.Dropping the Deca and doing an oral kickstart while you are waiting for you test levels to elevate would be a thought.Maybe something in between like T-Bol(turanibol).DBol would be great but the sides maybe rough on you......If you insist on something like Deca,you should consider NPP.You could run that @ 100mg EOD for 8-10 weeks.You will also need an anti prolactin there as well.Bottom line DONT pyramid .The goal with long esters is to reach stable levels.Why roll;er coaster.AND 12 weeks is the way to go.My suggestion would be 600mg test-C 12 weeks ONLY.The T-bol kickstart would be a second choice.I dont know why dude said the DECA is a kickstart.He has absolutely no clue.6 weeks to get Deca rolling.Thats why a minimum 12 weeks and NO PYRAMID.Rethink your cycle,What you have laid out will be a disappointement and just cause sides.
ok man thanks for the info. will do...im actually already 5 weeks into this one so ill finish it out but ill bump it up to 750/500...ill get some climid....wont pyramid....thanks im might post an update after I sort this out...

Looks solid. The Deca will help kickstart the cycle and give it 2-3 weeks and the cyp will really make a difference. I personally wouldn't taper down the test cyp IMO. Then wait two weeks after last pin and start PCT with Clomi, Nolva, or both. Typically ran at 100/100/50/50 and 40/40/20/20 respectively.
