+ 2 2nd Cycle
Want to start planning and resourcing my 2nd cycle, which I will start in December. I finished my 1st cycle 6 weeks ago (Test E 400mg/week for 12 weeks).
First cycle went really well. No sides, solid gains, and my body comp changed considerably. I am not an aspiring pro bodybuilder or anything. I just want to keep my shit tight for the ladies. I have quite a few soft tissue injuries in my past, and AAS helps me train hard despite these. As such, I will stick to basic testosterone-only cycles for now.
Goals for the second cycle are to gain and retain 15 solid pounds without increasing BF (and maybe even reducing it). Training, nutrition, and sleep/recovery will be excellent. I stick to big lifts with some bodybuilding and conditioning thrown in. My work is pretty physical as well.
I want to do a prop kick and taper unless you guys think it is a bad idea. Please provide some advice on dosing for this if you think my plan is off.
Bloods before and 6 weeks in, of course.

Does anybody have any advice for pinning schedules and site rotation? I am a little confused about how to go about this and was wondering if anybody could share their good/bad experiences and what they would keep the same or change during the prop kicker and taper. I don't have the gear on hand yet and I won't start until December, so no rush. So, based on the dose volumes for particular sites (1cc delts, 2cc quads, 3cc glutes) and the likelihood that I will be using 250mg/cc Test E and 125mg/cc Test P, is there a more efficient way to make sure that injection sites get a week off before pins? I prefer to do the Test E split into two injections per week and the Test P is EOD.
AnonGood changes +1 I would run the AI because you are using Test P just avoid sides altogether but otherwise thanks for listening to the advice below. Good Luck!!!

Looks good with those changes, I'm doing almost the exact layout next cycle but adding var at the end and hcg.
Cool man. I might look at Var or another oral for my later cycles. But I don't make money for my physique so I am not going to take too many risks with my liver (I love beer and wine).

I like the taper, but run that long ester the full 12. Start your taper week 13. Also, I'd run that kicker for 4 weeks, instead of 3. And give yourself at least 3 months to recover natty after pct is complete.
Thanks Doss. I meant to do 12 on the long Esther, but I used a mobile device to build the table so I couldn't tell it was short. Is my planned PCT start time good to go?
Time on cycle+ pct= time off cycle..give ur body some time to get back to normal levels again bro 6 weeks is entirely to early
I agree whole-heartedly. Planned start time is December or later, which will give me about 6 months between cycles, about double the cycle+PCT time.
PCT did work wonders coming off my last cycle. I can tell my nuts are back on line.
