This will be my first cycle. Ive been working out consistently now for about 4 years naturally, and I have my diet on point and dialed in. I have been doing research on this cycle for nearly a year, im a little nervous, but I believe im ready for this. I know some may think the dbol is too much for a first cycle, but that's why im here. I finally decided to make an account and I wanted to share my plan with you guys.

Oh and pct will start 2weeks after cycle. Clomid at 100mg the first two weeks and 50mg the final two weeks. Nolva 40mg first two weeks and 20mg final two

Good choice, and props for being responsible in dropping the D-bol. This is exactly what I was planning on running for my first cycle and even ordered the D-bol. After doing some reading and lurking on this forum, I decided to drop the D-bol and run just test E. So far, I'm going on my 5th week and I'm glad I did. I couldn't imagine trying to dial in my AI with an added compound (especially one like D-bol) in the mix.

Whats your diet like and what are your goals? Are you bulking or cutting? The test alone will be fine for either purpose depending on your diet. But since u are new to juice, I'd get what u can out of test and not go crazy with upping doses and throwing more stuff in that u don't need yet. Test alone can be great for the first few cycles. Having your diet dialed in for what u wanna achieve, enough rest, hydration, and the right amount of training can do amazing things without gear. But unless it's really dialed in, gear will not do it alone. Believe me, once you start to see the changes being that this is your first cycle, it's easy to go overboard planning the next one. Don't go crazy! Start slow. The first few cycles are usually very good to everyone. Enjoy it! Wait until u need other stuff before u go crazy. Otherwise, before u know it you'll be spending a fortune on stuff that u could've waited for until your body needs the extras. Also, blood work is very important! You gotta watch your estrogen, free test red blood cell count.... it's all important. Blood work helps you dial in how u run your cycles and will tell you what your body needs or doesn't. If you can afford the gear and the lifestyle, you can afford the blood work. You only get one body. That includes being clean and trusting your source!!! READ. TALK TO PRO'S IF THEY TELL YOU STUFF AND LISTEN TO THEIR ADVICE! The cycle looks good and so does the pct. When it is time to come off, you won't feel as awesome, so supplement what u can and ride it out. Give your body enough rest and don't let your training or diet suffer to avoid losing your new body mass. Time on should equal time off. I usually ran some hcg on cycle, starting at the beginning of week 3 of a 12 week cycle at 250iu, twice a week.... totaling 5000ius for the whole cycle. It always made my pct much easier. As far as the arimidex goes, that's a pretty average dose, but I'd start off a little slower. Maybe .25 every other day or .5 every three days. You don't wanna crash your estrogen. I'm pretty sensitive to arimidex myself. I crashed mine within a week on .5 every other day. I only needed .25 every 4 days, so that's where blood work comes in. You don't want your estrogen super low as it plays it's role in your health as well. I prefer aromasin myself... better for your lipids profile, no estrogen rebound, and harder to crash your estrogen IMO. Anyways, keep us posted, and good luck. You're gonna want to run 1 new compound at most per cycle. You don't need the dbol. 500mg of test is what everyone here is going to recommend. If you have enough I would stay on for 12 weeks. There is only so much muscle you can put on during a cycle and let me tell ya because your body is new to steroids test is all you need. I put on 36 pound doing 525mg of test e for 12 weeks. Save the dbol for the next run. You may want to get some HCG to deal with nut shrinkage and making recovery a little easier. You can run it at 250iu twice a week starting when your balls shrink or wait to run a 10 day blast before PCT begins. 1000iu EOD for 10 days. Make sure you get bloodwork done around week 5 to make sure your AI dose is proper and see where your test level is at.
