I started somewhere mid april 2006, I took off with about 2400 kcal daily... i started with a cycle: trenbolone, propionate, winstrol and proviron... the dosages were around 1000-1300 mg/wk....
I based my strategy on one week, that means the period of progress was one week, although it is suggested that two weeks is minimum period to trully see the results...
Like I said, I started with 2400kcal and did photos EVERY week, on the same spot, with the same light...and with this I was able to see the progress...pics don't lie.
So around one moth I droped the kcal to 2200, because the progress was there every week, more defined, more separation, less fat....this all was seen by the week.
After one month and a half, I droped the kcal down to 1800... this slowly became very frustrated, cause the lower the body fat, the greater the apetite for food.
So I came to a halt EVEN with 1800 kcal, and had then around 93kg. I didnt wan't to drop the kcal again, cause it was starvation anyway! So I took up cardio...
I started with 40 mins in the morning on an empty stomach, with the puls between 120 and 130 bpm. This worked fine for a week or two, then I had to increase it to 60 mins. And again worked for a week and stopped, so I took another 40 mins after every weight workout!
This helped again but only for couple of weeks, so at the end I had 91 kgs, was on 1600kcal and doing two cardios - I was reaching the end slowly.-- cause the starvation was to intense, after all. I did the diet for around 5 months including this 3-4 months of the cycle. In the july I stopped it, because i could stand the hunger anymore, had to eat!
So, the results of my first cycle:
- starting weigth 93kg -> end weight 91kgs
- starting BP 1x 150kg -> end BP 8x 150kgs!
- bodyfat start around 13-14% -> end bodyfat 5-7%....

The results were there, it worked great, I had a sixpack with only skin over it at the end. This was my first such experience, I held the diet strict to a gram, never cheated, never gave up until i reached it! and I did.
But then I took a pause from steroids for around 6 months, gained some fat, lost some strength so to say, after 6 months, jan 2007 I was around 90kgs, and bodyfat around 10-12%....i blew the majority of the progress from the last years cycle... yep this is the way it works. The progress made on AS is hard to keep, not impossible but hard! you mustn't skip a meal, you mustn't skip a training....and so on...
All this was good info for my next cycle, which I started in jan 2007...
