My first serious cycle
∼ I started somewhere mid april 2006, I took off with about 2400 kcal daily... i started with a cycle: trenbolone, propionate, winstrol and proviron... the dosages were around 1000-1300 mg/wk....
I based my strategy on one week, that means the period of progress was one week, although it is suggested that two weeks is minimum period to trully see the results...

Some thoughts on training
∼ I see a lot of people with the desire to be muscular, or be strong, look good... but only a few have what it takes do build it. And it doesnt take much at least not for me, cause I have it! It must be your religion, your goal, your purpose of existence! the shitty attitude is.. errrr i'm tired today, i haven't slept enough, i haven't eaten enough..... blah blah...

Powerlifting!!!
∼ Powerlifting. I like powerlifting cause its the ultimate and only sport, where you can really measure technical strenghth of a person....I shit on those huge bulked 130kg ripped BB's, who then do the deadlift with me, and burn out at my 4th warmup set - 220kg....thanks but no thanks for such big useless week muscles.

Getting cut and ripped for the contest day. And my Cutting cycle.
∼ A month before the competition starts, eat fish fillets ONLY! 1 to 2 kg a day, stay clear of red meat, it still retains water. The last week prior to the date, start drinking destilled water, and on the competition day, you don't drink at all. I haven't tried dehydrating myself like that yet, just because I don't think that so much muscle should be in such shitty shape. no strength!

Training and muscle splitting - workout variation 2
∼ This is the only other version I use, and its a bit lighter than my "3day one", cause the same amount of work is over four days instead of three... but its very important, if you do both BB and PL, that you rest enough and sleep enough! It's better to skip a training or postpone it for one day, than train more on the account of sleep and rest.

BodyBuilding VS PowerLifting
∼ Well, doing both very hard, I started three years ago. I mean I did some adjustments to trainings and setting my prioritys straight. The only important fact is: do the three lifts in PL way, and everything else do the BB way ONLY to the point where it starts decreasing your strength (too many excercises, poor nutrition, poor rest) at this point, stop and reorganise!

2nd cycle - definition cycle!
∼ In jan 2007 i started my second definition cycle, with starting weight I think around 89kgs!
The stuff I took was completely the same as my 1st cycle almost a year before, since it made such great results.

A bit about doing steroid cycles
∼ The difference between intermediate and advanced cycles is only in dosages... dosages are counted as mg per week and around 2000mg/wk should be the highest...
