Dbol 50 - This is some solid stuff right here. I did a little mini bulk and surprisingly put on 8lbs of solid muscle. My pumps in the gym were insane and I felt like a tank completely. There was a little bloat, but it wasn’t too bad.
Test E 400 - Oil was completely smooth. No pip at all. I took 500mg a week along with 50mg of dbol a day. This whole mini bulk just felt amazing.
Customer service is always top tier. It’s second to no one and the site is very easy to navigate.

+ 1I ordered Tri-Test 350 last October, ran it 10 weeks at 0.5cc weeks 1 and 2, then 1.0cc weeks 3-10. First time running gear so wanted to try the waters at a half dose before committing to the full cc.
Anyway, I have several years experience with SARMs, so I was at least expecting similar results but I was amazed at how much more growth I got in just one cycle of test than I got from the entire past year of cycling SARMs.
I took anastrozole 1.0mg every other day, but probably didn’t need to, because I feel like my estrogen got too low. I noticed sluggish erections, but these went away when I backed off the anastrozole; took it every 4 days and erections were fine again.
As far as my results, I Honestly could have gotten away with just the half cc the entire cycle in hindsight. I went from 199lbs at 15% bodyfat to 221lbs at 12% bodyfat. Noticed huge increases in size and vascular Irby as well as in mind muscle connection. Got the first lat pump of my 20-year lifting career. My 1-rep maxes on the following all went up:
- decline bench went from 335 to 425
- flat bench went from 275 to 365
- squat went from 315 to 395
- hack squat went from 3 plates to 6 plates (not sure the sled weight)
- deadlift conventional pull from floor went from 225 to 315, but from the rack I went up to 495.
- pull-ups went from 5 to 12
I’m about 4, almost 5 weeks off cycle now and I’ve been on a bit of a cut, but I’m still stronger than I was before cycle and I’m actually MORE vascular now that the water has fallen off. I think I look better now than I did on cycle, but again that’s likely because I’m drier.
I did not experience any mood swings, in fact quite the opposite: my wife says she likes me better on gear than off. I actually have low T from a varicocele (varicose veins on my left testicle) so that makes sense.
Only side effect I noticed was some moderate hair thinning, but that’s to be expected with high circulating androgens. My dad had it at my age, thin oily hair, but never went bald. I have low T so my hair was like a girl’s my whole life prior to this cycle. I’m off-cycling with clomid-only PCT and my hair has visibly recovered I’d say 60%.
Overall excellent experience and would certainly recommend.

I got really severe PIP with intense swelling when pinning my glutes, but no PIP really at all when pinning delts. I’ve read all sorts of stories about “I can’t pin this or that part.” In my case, my wife did my first few pins in the glutes, but she’s a doctor so it wasn’t for lack of skill. Basically, you may have to find a site your body likes the injection to go into and stick with that.
The PIP wasn’t unbearable, but it made sitting for extended periods and getting into/out of a car pretty agonizing. But again, no issues whatsoever with delts.
As above, the results astounded me. Gained muscle and water, lost fat.

+ 2Website easy to navigate and order, received pack as ordered. 1 Mots-C peptide, 2 Ultima Test Cyp, One pack of Ultima Nolvadex, and 1 Test Prop Freebie thanks. Peptides and the Test Worked well and the Nolvadex helped blocking some extra estrogen conversion.
The most c peptide I took 250 mcg in the morning and felt overall extra energy push. The Test Cyp had crystalized however running it under hot water and lightly shaking it everything cleared up. 1 cc test Cyp every 5 days a long with 1 pill of Nolvadex every other day. I did not go hardcore I like taking it slow and steady. I felt all the benefits from extra test in my system. Mood and confidence boosted, after 2-3 weeks my strength and body started to increase and change for the better. I went mostly plant based this time and lost some weight mostly fat and kept and gained a little additional muscle. The Nolvadex kept my estrogen and mood stable and didn't notice any negative side effects. After the Cyp was done I used the prop and it was clean and used it to slowly taper off. It wasn't a major cycle but I slimmed down a bit and enhanced what I had and added a little more, maybe 3 good muscle pounds. Very little water retention. Another reason why I probably slowly gained and lost some fat is I also was using ozempic and I will review that elsewhere. Stuff was real and effective.

I have done 10 weeks cycle of Decamed 250 Deus Medical mostly to heal my body and joints.Went for a 500mg split into 4 shots per week. First thing what i need to mention is I felt instant relief from my joint pain in first two weeks of cycle.When it comes to water retantion i was very puffy whole cycle but Im ok with it.
I had very good energy to go to the gym more often then usually so 4times per week no problem and power was through the roof.Gained enough muscles this cycle.

Ordered Deus Medical DBol. Having tried a different brand oral DBol and had decent results but with noticeable negative side effects I was recommended these by someone in the know. Noticed strength gains, feeling of wellbeing and weight also went up quickly. Decided to switch from bodybuilding 6 day a week training to strength training 3 days a week. My lifts and PRs have gone through the roof, very pleased. + 2I keep saying it again and again but it needs to be repeated that this source is the best there is. Every time I order from them it’s exactly the same great experience from ordering to having the products in my hand. Overall they just keep delivering the easiest, quickest and best experience. Could not be happier with Osgear each time. This review is for a couple of orders I have made over the last two months plus a promo that they kindly let me take part in.
The items I’ll be reviewing are ultima test e and npp. Which are my go to compounds for pretty much every cycle these days.
I had already been running Test E and NPP so it was easy to tell the good quality of the new vials/batch as I suffered no drop in performance in the gym, strength has continued to gradually increase in the form of more load or extra reps and libido continues to be great.
I am on a cut at the moment so I can’t really comment on gains but I have maintained pretty much all muscle on an aggressive cut at the moment at 125 kg on 2900 calories. Skin is pretty much paper thin, vascularity through the roof and hardness getting better by the day.
I find with all Ultima products I have used there is zero pip. Pretty much smooth as butter each injection. The oil is nice and thin. I still continue to be impressed with their products every time and will continue using them.
As always their customer service is the best though on normal orders there really isn’t a need to even communicate with them as the ordering process is so easy.
Delivery time was about two weeks and packaging was discreet and perfect.
Will continue to shop here as they are the best in my opinion.

S23: S23 is highly underrated in my opinion. It boosted metabolism drastically and if not consuming enough calories, will make you look flat. Kicked in right away and within a week made me look freaky. Veins everywhere, muscle fullness, round and appeared dry. Potent stuff and definitely shut me down. I had lot more strength and I would say it's definitely on par with winstrol.
Hexarelin: I have been using hexarelin purely as a pre workout 4-5 days on @ 150mcg alongside cjc 1295. My nails and skin are looking really good and sleep has got way better than before. The pumps and energy during workouts is insane. Planning to do 6 weeks on 8 weeks off using only on workout days.

+ 3As usual the OS Brotherhood did a cracking job as they always do, never any problems or delays, leaking vials or dodgy packaging. I have done many orders with these guys over the years and they have never placed a foot wrong - 1 of the oldest and longest standing sources on here and probably the biggest in the world at what they provide.
Ultima Test Propionate 100mg/ml
Ultima TNE & Oxy 70/30mg/ml
I have been a big fan of Ultima Oils for a long time now, especially since they were relaunched in the taller slimmer vials a few years back. Since they have come in MCT they feel so incredibly good to run which is an absolute must living on synthetic testosterone 24 hours a day. If its the type that has a crappy feel to it then thats generally the way your entire life will feel whilst you use that product. Their test has always had a happy and energetic feeling to it and gives me great results.
Now the product that did get me all excited in a non sexual way was the TNE & Oxy mix which I had never tried from Ultima before. I have tried this type of mix many years ago from another lab so knew kind of how it feels etc. All I will say is if you generally feel rough on normal Anadrol, then this feels nothing like the tablet form. Especially when its paired directly with Test Base to get round the lethargy feeling that often presents itself. To describe the feeling - its like a really energetic and happy, aggressive/pissed off and strong experience all rolled into one, and its simply awesome for lifting on. Muscle contractions are so much stronger and the whole of the CNS is heightened and lit up. Normally I just like Test Base for deads and not so much bench, but with the anadrol in it alters the way your head feels and it just feels a lot better for pressing for some reason. I didn't go flat bollock out on it all the time as the last time I did that several years back is when I tore my pec LMAO So that gives you some kind of the potential over reach effect it has compared to normal lifting power.
There was no need to speak to them as there were no issues as per usual, but when I have asked them some questions in the past they are always straight back to you and on the case. Always polite, always friendly, never act like its going out of their way to find something out for you that may take a while to resolve. Ordering is very simple and straight forward, I can't see how anyone could actually have issues with the ordering process. The crypto trading platforms and understanding how to use them at first to send a payment is usually the most complex! LOL
I received some Winstrol as my free gift too which unfortunately I never use due to potential tendon issues - one day I am hoping for that elusive Superdrol!!!
As securely packaged and discreet as you could possibly hope for, very well taped and secured, no telling what was inside it, small and compact. Took the usual time to reach me which is about 2 weeks now rather than when it use to be 1 month, so shipping has definitely speeded up somewhat from the Lab. When checking on the shipping and despatch times/dates you can see that the order is processed and forwarded on the day that it is placed.

+ 1Overall, the products, shipping, quality, and expectations from higher quality and well known brands on OS gear proved to be a great choice for a cycle. I decided to use Ultima pharmaceuticals for the brand, and the quality was just as advertised.
Products: Ultima-Anomass 400 mix, Ultima-Oxy
The long ester format of the anomass was great for the winter bulk, and the anadrol was cycled in and out every 4 weeks of and on until I ran out of the pills. The anadrol had turned me into a completely different person from the kickstart, but by the time the trenbolone and EQ shined through it didnt matter, I had completely transformed. The anomass and anadrol bulking strategy will absolutely be my go to. In complete honesty, I did not do bloodwork throughout the cycle, so I cannot comment on the impact this had on my lipids. However, I feel great and only struggled with slight indigestion at the end of the cycling of the anadrol. The vials were just fine with EOD pins using 23g, with no leakage (which turns out, can absolutely be an issue with some suppliers). The rubber stoppers are good quality IMO because of this.
Quick communication and very clearly elaborated on questions I had about the products and the promo. Os gear always has good and respectful customer services who care about making sure you receive your products as described.
Package arrived very quickly for a promo order (2 weeks) which was advertised originally to have a longer shipping time than normal products would have. Despite this, the package stilI was at my post office within 2 weeks. I had to pick it up at the local post office but I assume that this was not on their end of an issue, as some packages are just subject to being picked up instead of delivered. Zero issues at the post office.
OSGear usually has multiple deals and offers with their top manufactures, and thus taking advantage of these offers really makes the quality and price way worth it. Overall, OSgear is a place I will continue to buy from, and especially from Ultima.
Tried to order for the first time and it's been a nightmare. It's been 45 days since my order and still nothing.

SUSTAMED injected very smooth and had no issues with pip. Boosts the overall mood and sense of well being and you can feel it within 2-3 days. Strength and size increased and noticed massive progress in back and shoulders. I had a strong urge to workout and aggression during workouts helped me lift really heavy.
T3 boosted metabolism and worked fine. Appetite was under control somehow.

Overall experience so far is fantastic! I'm doing 500mg Test E week 1-16 with 400mg Deca week 1-12/14. Depending on the sides. About to start week 10 and the Deca is really starting to shine. My strength has increased in all areas as well has my size. Specifically in my shoulders and back. Very smooth oil, next to zero pip . I've definitely noticed an increase in aggression, not so much an increase in sex drive but hey that's deca doing its thing. I've gained about 10-12 pounds and my bf % still seems to be about the same.
The quality is top notch. From the effectiveness to the packaging this is an A grade product. I use the Test E for HRT off cycle and I'm also loving how the Deca is helping my joints.
I haven't had to deal with customer service to much. Had a couple questions about shipping and they were very quick to reply and answer my questions to satisfaction.
Delivery times can vary. I typically go international so that can take a bit longer. However 3-4 weeks is about average from payment to Delivery and the packaging is very well put together and has always made its way to me and in perfect condition
Bottom line is the quality is terrific and there prices are hard to beat. I totally recommend using this source.

I just ordered their Ultima tri tren 150. I've done a half ml so 75mg and then 4 days later the full 150mg. Along with my trt which is 1ml test cyp 200 a week. Which I'm thinking I should split dose? I stay at 1200 to 1500ng/dl and 15 to 17 free test when I'm on 200mg a week along with clomid at 50mg every other day. Along with anastrozole .5mg 36 hours after shot. I Def feel it. The mental game is tough on tren. I'm at 250lb at 5"10. I'm looking to lose weight. Probably back to 190. Should I run the winstrol as well?
They all were awesome to me even tho I had a million questions. Lol
Great it was like 7 or maybe 8 days from an international warehouse.
Not going to lie the tren is a little higher than many others. However you pay for what you get and they didn't have to throw in the free gift of winstrol. I'm just honest in all reviews. You can get great results on tren that's 45 dollars and from 70 dollar to 100 dollar bottles.

Week 4:

Week 6:

-1Not sure why my honesty is getting flagged but I’ll re edit my review. Update on my recent order through OsGear. I bought the Ultima cut mix 150, now I know this has nothing to do with OsGear personally, they’re just the reseller. Ultima pharmaceuticals products I bought are COMPLETE garbage! 2 weeks in now and I feel nothing, especially being that these are fast acting esters, tren and mast should have been kicked in by minimum week mark. Visual effects show around 3-4 weeks but main effects in the body hit around end of week 1 to mid of week 2. Tint and color are off by a long shot, since Makwa wants to know all the details. No tren cough whatsoever, and before anyone says it depends on how you pin and you may not get it in mixes. Shut your mouths, you know nothing. I’ve been doing this for a LONG time and I know what’s legit and what isn’t. My body is super sensitive to gear. And I know when I’m running something good and something that’s shit. And yes you get tren cough even in cut mixes.
ULTIMA PHARMACEUTICAL’s has HORRIBLE PRODUCTS, nothing related to OsGear though. Its not their fault.
Customer service with OsGear was excellent. The products from Ultima are trash though.
Packaging was off. Instead of being in their own separate boxes, with labels and codes of verification, it was sealed vial caps. And the tren from the mix BARELY has a tint in color. Total scam from Ultima’s part. Again, nothing to do with OsGear
I recommend shopping with OsGear, but don’t buy the Ultima brand. HORRIBLE lab and HORRIBLE products.

Received 1 x Ultima Oxa 50 , 1 x Ultima Cialis , 2 x Ultima Helios as part of a promo. They graciously threw in a pack of Nakon winstrol 25.
I had used Ultima Oxa 50 earlier and experienced the same again.50 mg/day was the dosage.Noticed increase in strength, increased pumps .Used taurine to avoid back pumps and it worked . Cialis came in 20 mg per pill.Used it an hour before expected action and paired with dapoxetine, it made for some real happy times. It was my first time trying helios .Started with 1/2 ml intially and then increased to 1 ml after 5 days. The shakes were not as pronounced as Oral Clen, but it definitely worked .Yohimbine gives me nausea when taken orally.Injecting it also did the same .Definitely , a good aid to lose fat in a calorie deficit. Used Winstrol 25 mg for only 2 weeks.Better pumps and hardness.Knee joints weren't happy though.
