lol, it’s not as bad as you think. I feel more comfortable at my age using oats for carbs when bulking. They are not as highly glycemic, in my body, as white rice. They may not be quite as effective for gains, but offer other health benefits that imo make them a better choice.

Ya whenever I do low glycemic carbs I can hardly gain, I kinda need the high glycemic, my metabolism is either too fast or my appetite isn’t enough for me to eat enough of the low. I’ve been just eating cereal for almost all my carbs and it’s working pretty good for me,

Lol, my metabolism definitely isn’t all too speedy. Also, agreed, it is hard to smash a shit ton of whole grains. That’s why I use the oat flour and just drink it. Surrounding my workouts, I use maltodextrin, because the oats would never get there in time. Using cereal for fuel makes sense to me. You’re probably getting a nice blend of carbs with different release times. The best diet is the one that you can stick to

@23Sparta @Rosschestzip my metabolism is fast. Some folks say a fast metabolism is a good thing but I agree partially. It makes it kinda harder to put on bulk in my opinion. I do exactly what you mentioned 23sparta. I'm not a big eater but I just do what works for me. Some guys can eat like no one's business. Wish I had their appetite.

I would’ve killed for my metabolism now back when I was younger, like my teens and early 20s. I used to be heavy and not in a good way and then one day it just started melting off. Especially now on hgh, it really does make gaining bulk hard. It also kills my wallet on food lmao. It definitely has its pros and cons.

Definitely bro, it’s there for everyone, you just have to crack your own code. A lot of trial and error it took to know what I know about myself, and there’s never an end in sight

My appetite is ok, many for me, it’s lots of small meals, and drinking the oat four for carbs has made a difference

Cracking your own code...never heard that but I love that saying....sooo true. I drink some meals and at times I relied too much on drinks. Nothing beats food when you have an appetite my man..nothing. Especially during breakfast

Definitely a balance and yeah…. nothing beats real food. lol, my second cycle I pretty much drank ALL my food and didn’t use an AI. When I did bloods I had the E2 of an ovulating woman mid-cycle. Estrogen balloon is an understatement. I couldn’t even make a fist, but damn I was strong.

Damn all that e2 huh? I've never used an ai man. Felt it wasn't needed. But now as we get older it's probably easier to convert so I keep primo around.

Absolutely. They didn’t even have AI’s back in the golden era. You can definitely design a great cycle that doesn’t need one and those dudes did have primo. I like lots of test, and I do use an AI to keep myself in my sweet spot. Have not been able to completely dial in primo as an AI yet. I plan to in the future

I’ve been able to do it with masteron if I stay under 6-650 with the test

I love masteron but it doesn’t have an effect on my E2. It reduces the sides but doesn’t lower the number. I was at 600mg test, 600mg mast, 37.5mg asin per week and my E2 was 58. Which is cool for me, but without the Asin, would have been much too high. Primo so far has been shown to tank my E2. I’ve used it 1:1 ratio with test and my shit came back <4 lol. I wish mast did it for me like you, cause I love the compound

Yeah, it definitely did on one E2 test. Not giving up on Primo though, I just need more experience and data to be able to use it effectively in my stack

700mg primo, I can’t figure out the dosages of the aromatizing compounds that I ran with it. I have the bloods but lost notes when I changed phones. That was in June of last year, before I reeled myself in and made a commitment to live this life responsibly

Oh 100 percent estrogen is anabolic, cardio/neuro protective. I’ve always prescribed to the school of thought that says to treat the symptoms and not the number, when it comes to E2. With that said though, I don’t want my E2 to be at 200, even if I didn’t have sides. I believe upper end of the reference range or even 10, 20, 30 pg/ml supraphysiological is plenty of E2 to reap all the benefits. As far as if there are any health risks associated having E2 higher than that despite side effects being under control using a compound like masteron, idk. I know too much estrogen in itself, definitely has a negative impact on health. lol, vigorous Steve just dropped a masteron deep dive video today (speak of the devil) and I just turned it on. He dug through all the available research for us. Interested to see what he has to say

Anything low with e2 will affect my joints and I can't have that happening. Very integral for joint health amongst other things.

As with everything...including shbg or IGF carrier protein....there needs to be balance. Too many times guys want to lower their sbhg way too much and that's not good. Those carrier proteins aren't there just to be there. They have duties.

But they were using a weaker ai the whole time and didn't even know it. I'm still trying to dial it in myself. I refuse to use an ai.
